In lockdown I started make my looping letters, they are knitted wire words and pictures. I made them for family and friends. Also made them for a charity who have gives for people who have illnesses once a month I’d give a word/name for free and send it in the post.
I love this little hobby I found, I’ve become better at doing them with practice. And everyone are so grateful when I make them.

My names Abigail, I’m now 28 years old and I work as a Receptionist in a hotel in Wales.
I was diagnosed with a craniopharyingioma when I was 19, not long after leaving school. I’ve had a craniotomy and proton beam therapy and now my tumour is stable. I have adrenal insufficiency and panhypopituitarism due to the tumour but I manage this with medication.
