Artist Statement (include type of art, techniques & materials used, what it means to you)
Pottery mug made by flattening and molding clay. Dipped in glaze and kiln fired. Sea shells were pressed into the clay to give texture and to remind me of my favorite place-the beach. I’ve started pottery at school and have enjoyed getting my hands working in the clay.

Artist Bio: Tell Us Your Story
Diagnosed and surviving a craniopharyngioma since age 2. I’ve had several surgeries and radiation and chemo. I’m visually impaired and love working with art I can feel.
