Artist Statement (include type of art, techniques & materials used, what it means to you)
This is a ship crafted with common materials, such as: ice cream sticks, foam, small plastic tiles and even pistachio seats. Also a little bit of acrylic paint.

To me, the capacity of using. every day stuff to create something artistic, relates today capacity we have to be resilient in the face of big adversity.

That always remind me that’s not our circumstances what they find us, not even a tumor, but who we are deep inside. Our soul.

Artist Bio: Tell Us Your Story
I was born in Cuba in 1976. I was diagnosis with a Crama when I was four years old. Since then, I had to cope with. Pan-hypopituarism.

Nonetheless, I was able to have a career, get married, had a family, and of course dedicate time to several autistics endeavors.
