Artist Statement (include type of art, techniques & materials used, what it means to you)
This was written in a letter format, mom-to-mom, while I stayed in the Ronald McDonald house for my son's treatment, in Jacksonville, FL. I have witnessed many moms, and caregivers around me. Since day one of our brain tumor journey with my son, my heart and eyes have turned to the warrior moms around us. I've seen many, with great compassion, I see them as a reflection of myself.

Artist Bio: Tell Us Your Story
Tatiana Hume: I am a mom who discovered on October 7th, 2021, that my 5 years old son had a brain tumor called Craniopharyngioma. Since that day, we stepped into a new world, that would change and mark our lives forever. I have always been passionate by words that warmth our hearts, now, through this journey, writing has been a tool to cope, remember, process, communicate, and also encourage and spread hope.
