Your Pet's Story or Bio
Lady is a 7-year old Cockapoo who was rescued by the Atlanta Humane Society in 2015 from a Macon puppy mill. She was forced to give birth to litter after litter of puppies. She was also going blind and her eyes had stopped producing tears. Soon after she was saved, vets removed her eyes because they were causing her so much pain. That didn't stop her then and still doesn't as she loves life.

Lady loves to rip up paper, run around outside, ride in her stroller, and most of all, loves people. She's never met a human she didn't like, which is amazing considering the years she spent cooped up in a rabbit hutch.

Lady is truly an inspiration and a daily reminder that no matter the adversity, life is awesome!
