Your Pet's Story or Bio
Duncan is a Beagle mix who met me at Atlanta Humane Society August 1, 2017. He was 1 year old and was terrified of everything. I took him out for a walk and he lay on the ground afraid to get up. I carried him back inside and adopted him. He hid under the car seat on the ride to his new home. Then he blossomed! He immediately adored his new brother, a black cat named Jagger. Within one week he was proudly walking around the block on a leash and greeting all of the neighbors. He adores all other dogs and has a passion for squirrels. Thanks to Atlanta Humane Society, he went from a quivering mess to a cute little prankster who bounces when he walks and loves everyone, especially his new a Mom! And for me, the feeling is mutual!
