Bridget warmed my heart the minute I met her in the shelter. I knew she would be a great family member and companion to my dog Keebler who had lost his feline friend. They bonded quickly, took walks side by side, and curled up together for naps and nightly sleep. Bridget was with Keebler until his passing in December...right there by his side for comfort and peace during his fatal disease decline. She slept on his pillow for weeks after he was gone, but also had the compassion to sleep on MY pillow to give ME the comfort I needed during that difficult time. We shared something special and continue to do so. She has a beautiful soul that touches in such a special way.
