Cruizer was found laying in front of the door at a local gas station after a few days and after bringing him home and searching and searching, calling the vet on his 5 year old rabies tag to call the original owners, with no response to their messages, I decided maybe I needed to find him a home. I posted him all over social media and after not even 24hrs I decided he was already home. After months of not coming inside he finally trusted me and eventually made his spot at the foot of the bed. He lived a 7 more happy years of being my shadow and being at my side before he got nasal cancer. He never lost his loving personality and even when in pain was always my sweet, handsome prince. We lost him in January and his fur brothers, sister and I still miss him every day at his spot at the foot of the bed. Always choose the scared ones, vote for the overlooked black pups, always look for the soul in the eyes of the ones that have had it hard but choose unconditional love. 💖
