My husband found Norman tangled in a fence headed into an old closed up school yard in Riverdale, GA in 2018. He was a mere 5 lbs. He walked the neighborhood trying to find the owner, but couldn't get anyone to come to the door. He brought him home because he knows I love all animals and have rescued many. He knew I would find the perfect home for him, but when my mom saw him, she said, 'you know he won't be leaving this house, don't you'. He had no collar, no chip and he never left our home. We love him so very much.
