Your Pet's Story or Bio
In 2021, I worked as an Animal Welfare Specialist at the AHS West Midtown location. That’s when I found June. I quickly fell in love with her during morning feeding and decided to spend my lunch break getting to know her. She won me over with her sweetness, big purrs, and calm, yet intelligent mind. I learned that she was found pregnant and without a family at only 5 months old. I knew I couldn’t leave the shelter without her, and with management’s approval, I placed the “I’m being adopted!” sign onto her condo. After the shelter closed and evening chores were complete, my coworker and I processed the adoption and I brought her home. Almost a year as gone by since that day, and I couldn’t imagine my life without her. She is the smartest, sweetest, and most social cat I’ve ever owned. I am so glad to have met her and grateful for the opportunity to give her the life she deserves. She loves to pose for the camera, especially in her pink tutu!
