A"Maysie"ng Grace is our Covid kitten. We had a Persian rescue named Teddy (part of the 37 cats in a van in DeKalb in 2016) who needed a friend. Let's face it, we all needed a new pet to love and provide distraction during those early days of isolation. From the tiniest "mew" when we first met, she had captured our hearts. We thought we would name her Daisy, but her black and white markings reminded us of a cow. That made us think of Mayfield Dairies, so we changed it to Maysie. When she sits a certain way, her black markings form a heart. We call her Crazy Maysie because she fetches like a dog, enjoys chewing shoes, lies on her back with all four paws in the air, and is a loyal companion. She also likes to eat (a little too much) and going out on the deck for an adventure. Please vote for Maysie so she can spread joy to others as she has for us!
