Your Pet's Story or BioAt 14 years young, Brody has won the hearts of so many with his calm, welcoming and affectionate demeanor. For 2-years running he has been crowned the Grand Marshall in our neighborhood Halloween parade and has been known to dress up as a reindeer for caroling at Christmas time.
That easy going laid back style started at just 8-weeks old when he was adopted from the Atlanta Humane Society. He’s lived with his mom all over the US making each and every place feel more like home. He is the bright light that welcomes us home with a hop and a smile, the constant protector at the foot of our bed, and my son’s favorite teddy bear.
His resilience and determination is unrivaled. In 2021, we nearly lost him to Cancer. Following a successful leg amputation, Brody has been able to conquer mountains one hop at a time. Even with a recent relapse, he is a beacon of strength and unconditional love. On harder days, he enjoys leisurely rides in a wagon pulled by his favorite humans or lying in the warm grass bathing in the sun. He is our world, one of a kind, and loved beyond words.
