Ivy came from a bad hoarding situation in Heard County. Only 3 animals survived out of over 17 when the police found them. The owners are facing multiple charges. I will never understand how people can be so cruel. Ivy was malnourished but was nursed back to health with help from a wonderful foster mom from Releash Atlanta. We rescued her last August, and she has become the best dog ever!
