Otis is the sweetest boy in the dog kingdom! He was severely injured by a pitt when he was younger & had his chest torn open but his mom & dad made sure he got top notch veterinary care & he healed nicely. He has a sister, Nora, a siberian husky and a cat brother Oscar. He lost his "soul" sister Sugar last year and grieved for her. They always made daily rounds of the neighborhood together to gather treats! Please vote for this awesome boy!!
