My name is Tipsi. I was one of the 50 Shelties rescued from the AHS in 2016. I currently reside in Plano, TX and I’m 8 years young. I love to eat, rest on the furniture while other people sit on the floor, and most of all being with my family including my goof ball dog brother, Peeta.
