Vance was returned to a shelter for "being too naughty." At the shelter, they noticed he had ring worm and were going to have to put him down. We fostered him and ended up falling in love! Yes, he can be naughty, but he's also extremely sweet! Sometimes he acts more like a dog than a cat. Vance will even come when called.
