A little about me...
I’ve been afraid of dogs my entire life, but met a man I decided to marry who had a German Short Hair Pointer named Cooper. We had to learn to become fast friends and I had to work on my fear. Cooper is an avid bird hunting dog and when he’s not able to be in the fields with the pheasants, he’s happy pointing at the grasshoppers in the yard. He absolutely loves all cats. He very quickly wants to be their friend. (Which is a nice way of saying he chases them..) We learned this year that Cooper is diabetic. It has been a whirlwind to get his system balanced and we are so thankful he is still with us. He has taught me so much about unconditional love and pet ownership. I’m thankful for all the dog hair he leaves and for the miles of memories we’ve made in the past four years!
