Why I love my pet...
Schatzi is a Karelian Bear Dog (KBD) and the best hiking buddy anyone could ever have!

She always has our back and has saved us on the trails from bear, cougar and other large game.

Her coat is soft and silky and she is very independent. She is gentle with our grandchildren and very low maintenance for such an active breed.

We all agree, she’s the best dog (and breed) we’ve every had!
