A little about me...
Tiger Lily is a domestic shorthair, who is about 11 years old. She originally belonged to a neighbor, but after they welcomed twins, she began looking for peace and quiet, finding solitude in our home and eventually adopting us altogether. Tiger Lily can be temperamental and has quite the reputation with everyone we know, but she can be very loving with those she trusts the most. She has survived two surgeries to remove mammary cancer, when the odds were stacked against her, and is a good sport taking medications for other health concerns. Tiger Lily, being food motivated, has learned various tricks including sitting on command, spinning in a circle and giving a high five. She will tolerate a leash and the occasional car ride, even visiting local parks in the confines of her carrier to enjoy different sites. Tiger Lily is most comfortable at home with us though, always needing to be in the same room as us, and she rarely lets her favorite toy, well-worn mouse she has had since she was a kitten, out of her sight.
