A little about me...
Teddy may look like a stuffed animal, but don't be fooled — behind those dark eyes lives a personality ten times bigger than his tiny frame. In this photo he is jumping up on me to get some ham but he looks like a little superman flying through the air!
We adopted Teddy when he was two years old from Delaware Valley Bichon Rescue. Over 20 families applied for "Theodore", and the foster parents visited each family across several states because they understood how special Teddy was. And somehow, we were chosen. Since 2017 we have been a small close knit family of three. He is, in a word, everything.
Like us, Teddy knows no strangers and is always willing to say hi to everyone he meets. He loves to travel -- he's been to France three times (with his own passport!) and to several U.S. states visiting family and friends, charming the pants off of everyone who crosses his path. Long walks on beautiful days is one of our favorite ways to spend time together, and playing fetch indoors with his "bubbies".
Teddy is now ten and a half and was recently diagnosed with early onset dementia. Our life may change, but our love for Teddy will never be forgotten. It would mean so much to us to see Teddy on the cover of the 2027 calendar! Please vote for Teddy! Thank you for your support!
