A little about me...
We fell in love with Kara during our first visit to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria . We weren’t planning on adopting, but everything changed when we met her. She was the “sick kitty” in isolation. She was so friendly and soft. We initially left without adopting. Luckily the volunteers encouraged us to call back and place a deposit. After we convinced my dad that we needed her, we called back to make sure no one got her. We all are so happy that she’s ours. She loves to sit in her cat carrier on our patio watching the birds and chipmunks. Her favorite toy is a mini Buc-ee’s toy. She brings it to bed every night. And she still has spunky kitten energy. Thank you to the volunteers who made this possible.
