Chara was recused from DC City Dogs in February of 2015. This resilient pup has been through a lot, overcoming multiple surgeries in 2020 to survive pancreatitis. Anyone that has ever met Chara can tell you what an amazing dog he is. Always friendly, barely barks, and quick to sleep on your lap if you give him the opportunity to!
