Tex is my almost 7 year old rescue Doberman. I got him at 17 months after he had been attacked three times by big dogs when he was a puppy at a dog park. The owner went away a lot and Tex was left in a small backyard space fed over a fence. After being attacked the owner didn’t want Tex anymore because he said Tex had changed. I have put in many hours of training he still doesn’t like other dogs but his obedience is impeccable. He is incredibly smart and learns quickly.
