This is Toby! He was found walking the streets as a tiny puppy, with a broken femur and a skull fracture. I scooped him up from the rescue and he made a quick and full recovery from surgery. Toby developed epilepsy at 2 years old, but he is still the happiest of guys. Nothing can keep him down..except cuddling and sun bathing, which top his list of favorite activities!
