Petey was on the euthanasia list at the shelter as a long timer who wasn’t adopted even after being featured on the news. His foster parents Cody and Nicole foster failed Petey after 6 months. Petey gets his name from the movie little rascals. Petey was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma in 2020 and was given 4 months max to live. Petey is still here in 2023!
