Joey was rescued in December 2022 after being abandoned living under someone’s mobile home for a year and a half. We are unsure of Joey’s past but we do know that both of his front legs were severed at some point in his life leaving him with only his back legs to get around. Joey has never let the things that have happened to him affect his resilient and positive attitude or his passionate love for humans. He is always the happiest dog in the room and gets along with everyone he meets. Joey just received his custom wheel chair in February 2023 and is very excited for his future adventures on wheels.
