Tell us about your dog.
This panda baby was removed from an abandoned building in TN after being left behind when her once loving family was destroyed by addiction. She weighed just half what she does now, and was days away from delivering 7 fat happy babies when she was saved.
When I received the email asking if we could help her, (I am the operations director of CAHS) I fell in love. Initially a foster, she never left our home.
She has 5 dog siblings at home, and has been a great sister to the many fosters who have come and gone. She earned her CGC last year and her absolute favorite thing is coming to work with me at the shelter, especially when we do educational programming in the community. Getting the chance to show people blocky-headed dogs are nothing to fear is what she was born to do.
