Adopted Frankie, aka Frankfurt, aka the Frankster 3 yrs. ago from shelter I volunteer at. He had been a stray - had severe separation anxiety. He started to go "crazy" in shelter. He needed out quick. I had 3 other dogs. He had to be separated from other dogs when we weren't home due to the status of another dog. He had a room - bay window. Nope. Chewed through wall/ door. At that point went to a great daycare for 9 months. My oldest dog passed away and we were able to transition him beautifully to be with one of our other blocky head dogs. They almost look like siblings or mother/son. They absolutely love each other. Patience and love. It can work. It did for Frankie❤️
