Tell us about your dog.
I take photos of shelter dogs and I fell in love with Prince when he ended up at the shelter in February. His owners claimed him within days. When I returned to the shelter in March, the animal control officer was walking through the door with him in his arms and I recognized him immediately. Once again, his owners claimed him.

In April, Prince AGAIN ended up at the shelter but this time his stray hold passed without his owners coming forward to claim him. I brought him home to foster him and he stayed with us until a perfect family was found for him.

In August, Prince was adopted into a wonderful home where he is very loved. My family was happy to play a part in his journey to forever and we thank the River Rouge Animal Shelter for helping him!
