Bay Area Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit based Green Bay, WI. Our mission is to offer the best possible care and future for companion animals in our community through leadership, placement, and outreach. Not only do we find new forever homes for the animals in our care, but we also offer low cost vaccinations clinics, low-cost spay/neuter days, volunteer & foster opportunities, and children's educational programs.
We had over 5,000 animals pass through our doors last year, with 94% of those animals being adopted out, transferred to another specialty rescue, or returned to their owners. These successes were made possible by our dedicated staff, volunteers, fosters, and local community members. It is because of people like you, that we are able to keep our doors open. We hope to give every animal that comes through our doors a second chance at finding their forever home!
Adoption Center Hours:
Monday – Friday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Intake Hours
(for lost and found animals or to surrender an animal)
Monday – Friday: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Pet Supplies Plus Adoption Center
Be sure to come and check out our new adoption center located inside the store at 2605 South Oneida St. Suite 125, Green Bay, WI 54304. We have cats and dogs available over there as well.
