Your Pet's Story
Our family adopted Ruby from Bay Area Humane Society back in January 2014 when she was just 3 1/2 months old. Known as "Skit" at the time, she was thought to be a Black Mouth Cur mix. We decided to submit a canine DNA test and discovered that she is actually 3/4 American Staffordshire Terrier based on those results.

She has been such a wonderful addition to our family. Her demeanor is absolutely fantastic (her and our cat are even buddies), although she still gets REALLY excited when meeting other dogs and visiting new places. She has abundant energy when it's time to run and play and loves to snuggle when she's tired. She's absolutely perfect in our eyes.
