Your Pet's Story
When my youngest son was 4 years old he saw a Chihuahua that his teacher's daughter brought into preschool. He came home from preschool begging for a Chihuahua. I went onto petfinder.com and put "Chihuahua" in the search option. Grover's picture came up from a shelter in Waupaca, WI. I thought "he's not a Chihuahua but he's so cute!" We emailed the shelter asking if "Grover" was still available..he was!! The next day we drove to the shelter just to "look at him". The woman walked into the back room and said loudly "Grover, you have visitors!" and the next thing we know this little terrier mix puppy came trotting out. It was love at first sight. We drove home with him that day! He is the best thing that ever happened to our family!
