Charlie was rescued from Hurricane Harvey. We met him at a PetSmart adoption event. There were several rescues there but we kept running into him all throughout the store. We put in an application on him on the spot. A week later he made his way to our home and into our hearts forever. He loves all people especially his mommy! Please vote for this handsome boy!
