Harvey was rescued from the streets of East St. Louis and taken to BAHS. There he was adopted by me and my boyfriend who love him to pieces. He has only been with us for a month but he's so spoiled! He tested a faint positive for heartworms before we adopted him and BAHS is treating him, free of charge.
