Rocky is a BARC alumni and a foster failure. He was found locked in in bathroom in an abandoned house in Bridgeport, CT with a little kitten. Both animals were saved. Rocky's foster mom nursed him back to health and could not imagine giving him up, and eventually adopted him to live with his two fur sisters. Here is Rocky with his favorite yellow blanket that he only shares with human and dogs if he absolutely has to.
