Cecile 14yrs old was my first foster dog…and I failed at “foster” and became her adoptive momma! She was found abandoned in Kentucky & made her journey to Barks & Meows. She barely had any fur when I got her. Now she if a floof ball, with a beautiful double coat!! She is a nervous lady and doesn’t care for snuggles on your lap. She loves her many fluffy blankets and is getting to like pets & ear skritches. She likes to be near me and follows me around the house. She greets me at the door and just recently started to give me greeting kisses 😘 It will be our one year anniversary together in September…I am forever grateful that Charmaine said yes to my foster application and brought Cecile into my life!
