A little about me...
Lucy came to us in 2016. She had been passed around at least two times that we know of before she was relinquished to rescue. Four days after picking her up Lucy had to have emergency surgery for a large stone that was blocking her urethra. After her recovery she was such a good playmate for one of our other dogs, Doc, that we asked to adopt her.
Lucy has always wanted to be the alpha dog in the house and after our Basset Barney went to the bridge she took that position. We think she is about 11 years old now, but she still lets everyone know that she is number one.
