Description of Photo
Photo was taken at George C Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary. I noticed this great blue heron looking intently at the water. I knew then that it was fishing for its meal. All of a sudden, its beak struck water and a caught a fish. I managed to take the action shot of the bird about to swallow the fish.
