Black Bear was fishing in the local river in Campbell River BC during the fall when the Salmon runs are running.They have to eat lots of Wild Salmon in order to put lots of fat reserves on before hibernation during full on winters.If they do not put enough fat reserves on in the fall they will not survive the winters.
