This is Arrow! He is in training to become a certified assistance dog with Pacific Assistance Dogs Society, to assist someone with a physical disability. The SPCA is very supportive of PADS programming, so thank you, and here's how Arrow is giving back! While 'in vest', Arrow is practicing working, but when the vest comes off, he's off-duty and a complete puppy goof. Arrow is being raised by Kelsey in North Vancouver. His favourite things in life are: playful dogs, salmon jerky, and off leash walks.
