Chinook was given up to the SPCA when his owners could not afford their veterinary bill. He and his brother were only four month old at the time, but these boys were in luck. Allergies prevent me from owning a cat or a dog, therefore I seek other four legged companions. I have discovered what wonderful pets rats make and have given six boys a forever home, two being Chinook and his brother.
