Keala & Ka'lani are two beautiful, gentle, loving family-oriented pit bulls that are the essence of our family. Our girls have made us better people. They inspire us to believe in something much bigger than ourselves - their extraordinary love helps us strive every day to be better than we are, not less than we are. Keala and Ka'lani have deeply impacted our lives and encourage us to enjoy the simple pleasures of life - including long walks in beautiful rainy Vancouver, BC. In Hawaiian, Keala means 'The Pathway' and Ka'lani means 'The Heavens.' They define their names - They lead us along a pathway of heartfelt compassion to a better place in life. Because of Keala & Ka'lani, we strive to be better people. We rescued these beautiful girls from cruel owners. One would never know the hardship that these girls once lived as they exude the warmest, most loving energy that we have ever had the pleasure of receiving.
