Lexi and Shelby both came to us from the South Okanagan SPCA. Shelby arrived in 2009 and was a joy from the start. She is a happy active dog and friends say she actually smiles when she greets you. Lexi the cat came to us in 2013. At first, I wanted to adopt an older cat, but the staff at the SPCA recommended a six month kitten since we had Shelby our dog at home. After a slow introduction, they became good friends and now they go everywhere together including this contest.
