Daisy is a red nose pitbull. Her exact age is not know but estimated to be around 3 to 4 years old.

Daisy is a rescue from Winnipeg MB. She was going to be euthanized as her breed is illegal there. Thanks to HIARC, she was given one last chance to find a forever home.

Daisy was found in rough shape. Her collar was embedded into her throat, and she has a torn ACL in her back leg. It is believed she had been dragged behind a car. Other forms of abuse are also suspected.

It has taken a lot of patience and love but Daisy has come a long way. It took her awhile to realize she has a forever home, and now makes herself very comfortable here. She is extremely loving, affectionate, and playful! She is great with children and has so much personality.

Daisy is loving life in the Okanogan and will be experiencing her first summer here! We are excited to be able to show her beautiful face in public, and will be exploring all the dog friendly beaches.
