We adopted our gorgeous girl Ginger from our local SPCA in 2012, she was approximately 2 1/2 years young.
Ginger is a very smart Australian Cattle dog mix. The few months after adoption were "ruff". She seemed to be afraid of everything, including our cat! To build Ginger's confidence we worked with a dog trainer to overcome her fears and anxiety issues. As time went on, she started to enjoy truck rides, trail hikes, snowshoeing, playing with other dogs, and found her love for "Ball"! There isn't a day that goes by a ball isn't thrown, kicked or retrieved from under the couch.
Our furry girl has taught us patience, keeps us active and makes us laugh everyday.
Ginger has come along way since she entered our lives and is now a very happy and relaxed dog. Ginger and the cat have a true sibling love for each other too!
