In December Viv went to the North Cariboo SPCA to fill out the paperwork to adopt a dog and also to see if they needed help with a holiday fosters. This is when "Baby," the little red, tabby female Manx, came into her life. Baby was dumped with two of her other siblings in the woods in Fraser Fort George, left for dead, in early December. Someone found the cold, sick Manx kittens and brought them into the SPCA. Baby's little brother "Frank," was adopted right away but Baby had some medical complications which weren't looking too good. Viv brought Baby home with the initial intent to medically foster her for what may have been the last two weeks of her life on earth. Baby bounced back under Viv's care and after fostering Baby right into March, Viv finalized Baby's adoption. Baby is a playful, energetic, talkative, cuddly little girl with a very sweet temperament, who has now found her forever home.
