I had voluntered to walk dogs at the Naniamo SPCA were i saw Trooper and his personality reminded me of my own dog Max, so I walked him as much as I could while going to school full time. Trooper (husky/great pyrenees) had been adopted and returned 4 times by people before i saw him (1 family only had him 4 days before returning him when he was still a puppy). After i was done school we brought Max (husky/malamute) to meet him at the SPCA, they played and got along great. So we adopted Trooper that day. Max and Trooper have been best friends ever since.
