These pets were rescued locally, the dog from an accidental litter in Mission, the cat needed re-homing in Nanaimo. I live on Vancouver Island, was born in the city of Vancouver and have lived in British Columbia my entire life. This place is where my love and passion grew for all warmed blooded creatures. I cannot imagine anyone not having animal in their lives to love & be loved by. What they offer in return is immeasurable. I believe that animals possess the potential for enlightenment :)
