Nova is not a rescue dog in the typical sense. Instead of me rescuing her, she rescued me! An earnest-eyed collie with lots of personality, she dragged me out of a very difficult period of my life -- literally! After all, there's nothing she likes better than a good game of tug-o-war. True to her name, she is a light in the dark, a star in the night. Here's to you, my Nova girl.
