Rodger is a German Shepherd/Heeler rescue from Turtle Gardens (Topley, BC). He suffered head trauma (blind eye, broken jaw) and broken leg from a car accident at 6 months. He's now 5.5 years old, and the most happy-go-lucky goof-ball and "foodie" you could meet.
